Congress and the courts, down to the local level, have to be cleaned out before anything resembling elections decided by the actual votes of US citizens is possible.
Best scenario, for me, is an ultimate authority; that is, an authority that doesn't accept nor has to accept the fuck you from congress and the courts and has the tools to make that stance stick, reports findings of who won in 2020, and that it was Trump.
Trump, report in hand of actual down ticket results, cleans the shit up with the ultimate authority backing him up.
