Read Psalms 82 and you will see there is God, and he made lesser gods, they were the Sons of God that rebelled and will be cast out and die like mortals.
As Paul wrote in The New Testament that man will judge angels (the fallen Sons of God) and we will take their place, that is we who accept that Jesus is the Lord and savior of all who believe in Him.
