The bible is not outside time anon. God who inspired the scripture in it is. The bible is a collection of scripture. That scripture is VERY important, but all valid scripture is not all in the bible. You can not cite the scripture Jesus referenced because it's not in there. You're worshipping the collection put together as infallible and like God.
