Buttigieg Officiated the Marriage of current Mayor James Mueller and his wife Kellye Mitros (South Bend Civic Theatre PRESIDENT).

James Mueller was Buttigieg's Chief of Staff. Basically the Fill-In Mayor while Pete flew the coup.
