Occupancy ends in one of two ways. Citizens accept the occupation or there is an uprising against the belligerent government.
Once citizens rebel (11.3 as first marker) military can engage to restore a lawful government.
Purpose of audits is to open the gate now to facilitate disclosure that Trump was the rightful winner in Nov 2020. Evidence is there. No need for new elections. Doing a re-vote is no different than installing the loser. That would set the precedent that if you knew you were going to lose, just cheat to invalidate the election.

1st defense vector (for Clinton) would be to not acknowledge the rumors, nor the source of those rumors.
If 1st wasn't sufficient, then the 2nd vector would be to ridicule the source of the rumors (Clinton cartoon frog / deplorable speech).
The 3rd vector, if necessary, would be to demonize, sensationalize and grossly exaggerate as well as ridicule the beliefs of the source of the rumors. My guess as to why vector 4 is being rolled out now is rumors of Trump GJ seating / possible arrest in SDNY. Same SDNY who had Wiener's laptop, from where the blood drinking rumors arose. Yes, going from memory, I think Trump somehow sidestepped the cannibal reference and asked what would be bad about stopping child trafficking. similar to the, "You say that like it's a bad thing", line.
