So this was two weeks before the initial lockdown in the UK yet the British government published this notice that Covid wasn't considered to be a High Consequence Infectious Disease (same as Ebola, Bubonic Plague etc) and therefore a low risk mortality on 19th March 2020, roughly less than a week before the initial lockdown..
They were asking themselves 'who do we not save' but also quietly announcing that it was a low risk mortality before they decided to put the country under house arrest.
Then all the hoopla about lockdowns (house arrest), social distancing, tests (numbers based on manipulated numbers), masks (make people more sick due to increased co2 inhalation) and the final fear mongering push for vaccines and passports.
Fraud, corruption, fake numbers, crimes against humanity, destruction of the economy, jobs and businesses. All of these people should be rounded up, locked away and the keys thrown in the middle of the North Sea!
Status of COVID-19
As of 19 March 2020, COVID-19 is no longer considered to be a high consequence infectious disease (HCID) in the UK. There are many diseases which can cause serious illness which are not classified as HCIDs.
The 4 nations public health HCID group made an interim recommendation in January 2020 to classify COVID-19 as an HCID. This was based on consideration of the UK HCID criteria about the virus and the disease with information available during the early stages of the outbreak. Now that more is known about COVID-19, the public health bodies in the UK have reviewed the most up to date information about COVID-19 against the UK HCID criteria. They have determined that several features have now changed; in particular, more information is available about mortality rates (low overall), and there is now greater clinical awareness and a specific and sensitive laboratory test, the availability of which continues to increase.
The Advisory Committee on Dangerous Pathogens (ACDP) is also of the opinion that COVID-19 should no longer be classified as an HCID.
The World Health Organization (WHO) continues to consider COVID-19 as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC), therefore the need to have a national, coordinated response remains and this is being met by the government’s COVID-19 response.
Cases of COVID-19 are no longer managed by HCID treatment centres only. All healthcare workers managing possible and confirmed cases should follow the updated national infection and prevention (IPC) guidance for COVID-19, which supersedes all previous IPC guidance for COVID-19. This guidance includes instructions about different personal protective equipment (PPE) ensembles that are appropriate for different clinical scenarios.

This is the general reaction when people read this for the first time. I've posted it often. And yes, the government was telling us that covid was AND STILL IS a low risk mortality.
Think about the past year and how governments, media etc around the world have acted like covid was the next ebola/plague type pandemic that was going to wipe out humanity. The 'case numbers' that have mysteriously crashed. The push for vaccines etc.
Yet the British government didn't think to upgrade this 'low mortality risk' to match the perceived threat since March last year when this was published??
It's the one thing that proves how much bullshit the covid scam that we've had to put up with for over a year is

Perhaps most surprising of all is the revelation of who is behind Deagel, and to find that answer, Whois was the solution. Early researchers were able to uncover that the person behind the website was none other than former government insider, Edwin Deagle.
Deagle was Undersecretary of the Air Force under President Bill Clinton. He later became Assistant to the Secretary of Defense and the Deputy Secretary of Defense under Clinton in 1994.
Edwin Deagle is also listed as an active member of the CFR.
Perhaps most telling of all is the interesting fact that Deagle is the Director for International Relations for the Rockefeller Foundation, one of the leading eugenic supporters in the world.
Just as interesting, it appears that once this information became public, in 2015 a concerted effort was made to hide Deagle’s name from the Whois information directory, as shown below. It is no longer listed, as of October 2015.
This Whois registration change coincidentally took place at the same time when all the internet talk was going on over the discovery of the website, back in 2015.
Deagle held many positions under the Bill Clinton administration.
Deagle wrote the foreword to the book, World Energy Survey, by Ruth Sivard, 2nd edition (1981), in which he predicted a mass exodus from the US. (see the end of this article)
One thing is clear from looking at Deagel.com… someone with highly placed connections has published a ton of highly sensitive military and economic information onto one website and is making dramatic predictions about world government.
For someone to be able to coalesce this kind of information takes incredible effort and vast government and military resources.
To forecast a dramatic drop-off in US population is no small feat. It certainly has garnered a great deal of world attention.

I did read a hypothesis that 60% were saline because of that reason. Also if everyone is vaccinated at once and fall ill at once it makes it more difficult to string people along for a longer period of time with further vaccinations..
They want people to fall ill slowly so that they can 'treat' them over a longer period of time. It's sickening but I can imagine this being their plan.
