Was at a union meeting. Reportedly, the perp set his house on fire prior to shooting 7 people at the trainyard.

This is almost completely useless.
Anyone with a gas powered lawn mower will have gasoline at their house. And if you own a gun (many Californians do), you will likely have ammunition.
