Don't have a complete answer myself, but likely many things went on:

1) Danger of the illness grossly exaggerated to create "pandemic" situation

2) Manipulation of the PCR test by setting the "cycles" to whatever you want enabled a huge number of positive results (false positives not asymptomatic carriers)

3) Many of the actual deaths were due to medical malpractice

4) Many of the supposed deaths were due to miscoding (patient dead but not from covid)

 

LIkely more fuckery angles too…
