I think the relation is moar with the ANUNAKI. The "Nephilim" would be the children of humans and ANUNAKI.
I would think that from that union of ANUNAKI and Human blood that the RH factor would be mutated out…perhaps not with all, but at least with some would inherit the ANUNAKI blood type that does not contain RH factor.
