On the subject of strategic aircraft movements, the mass evacuation of E4s and RC135s out of Lincoln, NE for Minot, ND appears to be turning around. Several birds are back home in Lincoln now and others are out on patrol. Must've been a dry run or something. Glad to see them practicing, but what they practice for is a sober reminder of the times.
That'd be a good reason to do a RON (remain over night) at Minot. Def looked weird all those high dollar birds bailing out.
