How many people actually got the vaccine?

I hear them saying over 56% in my state have gotten it. They say over 200 million in the US have their first doze.

But like…everyone here is still in masks. Every store I go has a honesty policy for not wearing a mask but most people still have masks anyway. Some under the nose, some people still doubling.. How many people have legitimately gotten this vaccine and are still masking and how many people haven't gotten it at all?
