Emergency dept. doc: They're rejecting my COVID vax adverse reaction reports

Patrick Phillips, an Emergency Department (ED) doctor practicing in a small town north of Sudbury, Ontario has been a vocal advocate speaking out against the harms that lockdowns have caused the residents of his community.

Having witnessed the stress and toll taken on people with his own eyes, he is now seeing vaccine reactions come through his department and has concerns that his reports are not making it to the Canadian Adverse Events Following Immunization Surveillance System (CAEFISS).

He is seeing patients presenting with delirium, arm and one side of the body numbness (typically classified as a stroke), heart conditions such as palpitations, and debilitating vertigo.

Due to the arbitrary nature of vaccine reaction criteria, such as time cut-offs as short as 30 minutes post vaccination, there is concern that valid reactions are being filtered from the system.

All five of his reports have been rejected by his local Medical Officer of Health, which he claims threatens public safety by filtering out potentially valid reactions based on technicalities which apparently included missing documentation that he doesn’t necessarily have access to in the ED, such as vaccine lot numbers and time of administration.

Dr. Phillips states that he assumed it was the responsibility of the system collecting the data to locate missing information and scrutinize the input for potential safety concerns. It is up to Public Health to conduct a chart review and investigate.

After all, he says, we depend on these broad surveillance systems to determine post market safety and if the information is not being inputted then this could hinder informed consent.

We end on the discussion of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (CPSO) Statement on Public Health Misinformation that basically shuts down any medical questioning or debate on the mainstream COVID-19 narrative.

As such, Patrick, along with hundreds of other concerned doctors, have joined forces and started the Declaration of Canadian Physicians for Science and Truth.

Their mandate is to continue to put their patients, not the CPSO or any other authority, first and uphold the Hippocratic Oath of “First, Do No Harm.”

Hush money? NDA attached?

Prince Philip gave parting gifts to three close staffers by leaving them money in his will — and his grandchildren, including Prince Harry, could all receive an inheritance, according to a report Thursday.

The Duke of Edinburgh left behind an estimated $42 million (£30 million) when he died last month at the age of 99, the Sun reported.

While the Queen is expected to be the main beneficiary, he also made sure to take care of some of his aides — which is unconventional, a royal source has claimed.

“Unlike some other royals, Prince Philip will be generous to the three men who looked after him,” the insider told the outlet.

“These include his private secretary Brigadier Archie Miller Bakewell, his page William Henderson and valet Stephen Niedojadlo.”

The insider said that his grandchildren may also receive a windfall from the will — and that Prince Harry would be no exception, despite his public criticism of the royal family since stepping down from his official duties.

“Philip was not the sort of character to punish a grandson for misbehaving. He was a very fair, even-handed and lovely man. Never held a grudge,” the insider said.

Meanwhile, his four children — Prince Charles, Princess Anne, Prince Edward and Prince Andrew — have been told they can “take what they want” from his book collection, the source claimed.

A spokesperson for Buckingham Palace declined to confirm the contents of the will.

Google Algorithms To Direct Patient Treatment Options To Physicians

Alphabet Inc.’s Google and national hospital chain HCA Healthcare Inc. have struck a deal to develop healthcare algorithms using patient records, the latest foray by a tech giant into the $3 trillion healthcare sector.

Nashville, Tenn.,-based HCA, which operates across about 2,000 locations in 21 states, would consolidate and store with Google data from digital health records and internet-connected medical devices under the multiyear agreement. Google and HCA engineers will work to develop algorithms to help improve operating efficiency, monitor patients and guide doctors’ decisions, according to the companies.

“Data are spun off of every patient in real time,” said Dr. Jonathan Perlin, HCA’s chief medical officer. “Part of what we’re building is a central nervous system to help interpret the various signals.”

The deal expands Google’s reach in healthcare, where the recent shift to digital records has created an explosion of data and a new market for technology giants and startups. Data crunching offers the opportunity to develop new treatments and improve patient safety, but algorithm-development deals between hospitals and tech companies have also raised privacy alarms.

Google has previously reached deals with other prominent U.S. hospital systems, including St. Louis-based Ascension, that granted access to personal patient information, drawing public scrutiny. Other tech giants have struck similar deals.

Dr. Perlin said HCA patient records would be stripped of identifying information before being shared with Google data scientists and that the hospital system would control access to the data. Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed by the companies.

Google will access data when needed with consent from HCA, but the tech giant can develop analytic tools without patient records and allow HCA to test the models independently, said Chris Sakalosky, managing director of healthcare and life sciences at Google Cloud. “We want to push the boundaries of what the clinician can do in real time with data,” he said.

Personal patient information is protected under the federal health-privacy law, known as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. The law allows hospitals and some other healthcare companies, such as health insurers, to share information with contractors, which must also abide by the law’s privacy protections.

MS-13 gang members sentenced to 40yrs each after sacrificing a teen girl to the “Saint of Death”

HOUSTON, TX – The two MS-13 gang members who killed a 15-year-old girl as a sacrifice to the Saint of Death in 2017, have been convicted of murder and each sentenced to 40 years in prison.

“This is a tragic case of a runaway girl falling into the clutches of a dangerous and violent gang,” Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg said. “We will not stop in our pursuit of violent criminals who band together to terrorize communities and murder innocents.”

On Monday, just before jury selection was set to begin in his trial, Diego Hernandez-Rivera, 22, pleaded guilty to murder in the death of Genesis Cornejo-Alvarado in exchange for 40 years in prison.

Hernandez-Rivera, who went by “Scary,” also pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in exchange for 12 years in prison. Those sentences will run concurrently.

His partner in crime, Miguel Alvarez-Flores, 26, who went by “Diabolico,” pleaded guilty to murder in February and was sentenced to 40 years in prison.

Prosecutors expected to show in court that Cornejo-Alvarado, whose Houston-area family had reported her missing, was dating a gang member and was chosen as a sacrifice and shot to death, likely because she disrespected their shrine to the Santa Muerte, the Saint of Death.

MS-13 or Mara Salvatrucha, is a transnational gang that began in Los Angeles in the 1980s with members being deported to Central America.

Today, law enforcement arrests the gang’s members across the United States.

The case was prosecuted by the Gangs Division of the Harris County District Attorney’s Office.

What Really Happened With SARS-1?

Around 17 years ago – before Covid-19 and what is termed “SARS-CoV-2” there was SARS, or SARS-CoV-1. But where did SARS go? And why is the answer to this question so critical in understanding the formation of the current Covid narrative?

In her brief video presentation entitled, “What Happened to SARS-1?” New Zealand’s Dr. Sam Bailey investigates the forerunner of COVID crisis, and why asking the right questions about SARS-1 exposes some of the fundamental flaws in the current ‘global pandemic’ hysteria. It’s very likely that the international over-reaction to Covid was in part a result of the fear narrative seeded years ago with SARS in Asia. Watch:

Findings from preprint study suggest masks had little effect on slowing COVID-19

Preliminary findings from a new study that has yet to be peer-reviewed raise questions about the efficacy of mask-wearing and mask mandates in slowing the spread of COVID-19.

After the onset of the pandemic, scientific experts recommended that people wear face coverings to mitigate the spread of the virus, which can spread via respiratory droplets. No fewer than 40 states followed Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidance on mask-wearing and adopted statewide mandates requiring residents to wear masks in public.

Researchers at the University of Louisville sought to show that statewide mask mandates and mask use were associated with lower COVID-19 case growth rates in the United States. Instead, they were surprised to discover that while "80% of U.S. states mandated masks during the COVID-19 pandemic" and while "mandates induced greater mask

The study relied on CDC data to calculate total COVID-19 case growth and mask use in the U.S.

"We estimated post mask mandate case growth in non-mandate states using median issuance dates of neighboring states with mandates," authors Damian Guerra and Daniel Guerra write.

There are important limitations to note before discussing the study's surprising findings. First, the researchers only analyzed state averages and did not assess counties or localities. Second, data collected from the University of Washington Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation (IHME) COVID-19 model, which is used to estimate mask-wearing, is subject to survey bias. Third, the study considered confirmed and probable COVID-19 infections to measure spread, but did not assess factors like hospitalizations and mortality.

"Future work is necessary to elucidate better predictors of COVID-19 spread," the authors write.

Acknowledging those limitations, the study concluded that mask use did not observably slow the spread of COVID-19.

"There is inferential but not demonstrable evidence that masks reduce SARS-CoV-2 transmission," the researchers wrote, citing animal models and small case studies. They also pointed out that "masks have generally not protected against other respiratory viruses," citing several studies.

"Our findings do not support the hypothesis that SARS-CoV-2 transmission rates decrease with greater public mask use," the researchers said. "Masks may promote social cohesion as rallying symbols during a pandemic, but risk compensation can also occur."

The study noted mask-wearing comes with the following risks:

Prolonged mask use (>4 hours per day) promotes facial alkalinization and inadvertently encourages dehydration, which in turn can enhance barrier breakdown and bacterial infection risk. British clinicians have reported masks to increase headaches and sweating and decrease cognitive precision. Survey bias notwithstanding, these sequelae are associated with medical errors. By obscuring nonverbal communication, masks interfere with social learning in children. Likewise, masks can distort verbal speech and remove visual cues to the detriment of individuals with hearing loss; clear face-shields improve visual integration, but there is a corresponding loss of sound quality.

Mayor Lightfoot Pushes Permanent 10pm Curfew On Liquor Store Sales In Chicago

Grocery and liquor stores would be barred from selling beer, wine and liquor after 10 p.m. if Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot gets her way. She said the move would curb crime by stopping gatherings outside liquor stores and help recovering bars and restaurants.

Mayor Lightfoot introduced an amendment Wednesday that would permanently ban Chicago stores from selling beer, wine and other alcoholic drinks after 10 p.m.

In April 2020, Lightfoot instituted the controversial 9 p.m. liquor curfew in Chicago to prevent residents from gathering outside during the coronavirus pandemic. Stores had been allowed to stay open until 2 a.m. most days and 3 a.m. Saturdays before the pandemic. The city revived the early curfew in October to combat a second wave of COVID-19 cases.

Now, as Chicago enters the final phase of the COVID-19 reopening plan, Lightfoot wants to make the 10 p.m. curfew permanent. She said it would curb crimes and disturbances outside stores, as well as boost the pandemic-decimated hospitality industry by potentially driving more people into bars and restaurants if they want a drink after 10 p.m.

The Chicago municipal code amendment proposed by Lightfoot during Wednesday’s City Council meeting would limit any person with a package goods license from selling or giving away packaged goods 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. daily.

“This initiative will address public safety and nuisance issues by limiting the nighttime sale of packaged goods …,” Lightfoot’s office announced in a news release.

While Lightfoot originally defended the 2020 alcohol curfew as a “protective” measure against COVID-19 infections, she introduced the permanent curfew on Chicago liquor vendors as part of a package to help businesses recovering from the pandemic. She also proposed a 15% cap on fees charged by food delivery services and permanently allowing cocktails to-go.

The City Council must approve Lightfoot’s plan for the curfew to go into effect.

Ministry Of Truth 2.0 Looms

Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas is reportedly considering the development of tools that would help America’s children discern truth from lies and know when they are being fed “disinformation.”

The Washington Times, which first reported the story, says a department spokesperson declined to give details, but that more information would be revealed “in the coming weeks.”

Mayorkas might want to start by fact-checking his recent claim that the U.S. southern border is “closed.” He made the statement when news pictures showed waves of people crossing the border. Should kids believe him, or their “lying eyes”?

Should anyone, regardless of political party or persuasion, be comfortable with government telling especially children what they can believe and whom they can trust? This is what totalitarian states do. It’s called propaganda.

We are already inundated with political correctness, cancel culture, and woke-ism. TV networks spend more time delivering opinion and slanting stories to particular points of view than what once resembled—if not objective journalism—then at least fairness.

The list of government officials who have lied is long and dates back to the founders of the nation. Some lies could be defended on national security grounds. Others were used to cover up wrongdoing or enhance the image of the one who lied.

In recent years, we recall President Clinton’s denial of having sex with Monica Lewinsky, President Obama’s claim about his health care program: “If you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor,” President George H.W. Bush’s “Read my lips, no new taxes,” assertions by the George W. Bush administration that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction, Richard Nixon’s lies about Watergate, the lies told by Lyndon Johnson, members of his administration and generals about how we were winning the war in Vietnam (Johnson had pledged during the 1964 campaign not to send Americans to fight in Vietnam, another lie), and the CEO of R.J. Reynolds telling a congressional committee in 1994 that “cigarette smoking is no more ‘addictive’ than coffee, tea, or Twinkies.” The Washington Post reported in January that by the end of his term, former President Trump “had accumulated 30,573 untruths during his presidency—averaging about 21 erroneous claims a day.”

I could go on, but you get the point.

George Orwell was prescient when he wrote in “1984” about Newspeak and the Ministry of Truth. We have already achieved the former in what we are allowed to say, or not say, lest we be smeared with nasty rhetorical stains. Let’s revisit the Ministry of Truth for those who haven’t read the book or need a reminder.

9 Major Revelations from the NYT Best Seller ‘Breaking the News’

The following are some of the revelations in Marlow’s year-long investigative blockbuster:

Former New York City Mayor and Democratic presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg and his top associates at his powerful news conglomerate, Bloomberg LP, have close ties to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). They regularly met in Beijing with top CCP officials, discussing topics such as “cooperation in the field of media,” “the introduction of Chinese stories to the world,” and “strengthening media cooperation between China and the U.S.”

Laurene Powell Jobs, the widow of Apple billionaire Steve Jobs, is effectively the “new” George Soros, funding a whole host of left-wing media and political causes primarily through her shadowy philanthropic entity Emerson Collective (EC). As one of the ten richest women on earth, Jobs has become “a secret superpower behind a vast network of left-wing media outlets, organizations, and politicians,” according to Marlow. Her philanthropic endeavors also include funding media outlets like the Atlantic, Axios, Mother Jones, and ProPublica.

NBC’s Chuck Todd was actually Sen. Amy Klobuchar’s (D-MN) landlord and never disclosed the connection, despite conducting numerous interviews with Klobuchar during her 2020 presidential campaign and co-moderating two primary debates in which Klobuchar participated. Additionally, as Marlow notes, Todd’s wife Kristian Denny is a Democratic campaign consultant. Her firm Maverick Strategies “was paid over $900,000 by the Bernie Sanders campaign in 2020 and over $1.5 million from Sanders in 2016.”

Ben Smith, media columnist for the New York Times, has ties to the outlets he covers. Smith, who used to be the editor-in-chief of BuzzFeed, “accused journalist Ronan Farrow of playing fast-and-loose with his reporting on scandals that occurred at NBC,” which happened to be what Marlow described as the “the largest outside investor in Buzzfeed.” Marlow noted that “Smith retained stock in BuzzFeed at the time the Farrow piece was published.”

Secret Service records show that Hunter Biden took at least 23 flights into or out of Joint Base Andrews, the home of Air Force One and Air Force Two, while his father was vice president. “Why was Hunter Biden flying to and from an American military base? Where was he going and what did he do when he got there? Americans may never know, and perhaps we have our pro-Biden establishment media to thank for that,” Marlow writes.

The New York Times’ 1619 Project was a “concerted effort by the Times to pivot the newsroom’s focus from the Trump/Russia collusion hoax to race hysteria,” according to Marlow. He also notes that a group of respected historians submitted a letter to the New York Times criticizing the Project for containing “factual errors” and having an “opaque” fact-checking process, but the Times dismissed their concerns.

Part of Amazon’s $10 million donation to “organizations supporting justice and equity” went to Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation, which itself was sponsored by Thousand Currents, “a non-profit whose vice-chairman is Susan Rosenberg, a convicted left-wing terrorist,” Marlow reveals. “Rosenberg, a former member of the Weather Underground, came to national prominence as a central figure in the May 19 Communist Organization, a group responsible for a series of violent incidents in the late 1970s and early 1980s,” Marlow writes. Among the group’s most infamous crimes was the 1983 bombing of the U.S. Capitol.

John W. Rogers Jr., who serves on the board of the New York Times Company, has close ties to the Obamas and was one Barack Obama’s earliest and strongest political supporters. Marlow describes Rogers as “perhaps the ultimate Obama insider.” “If the establishment had an establishment—and it does—it is the New York Times,” Marlow writes. “And it is crystal clear to honest observers of the Times that their editorial decisions reflect the people in their leadership.”

After the 2020 election, Joe Biden, who benefited a great deal from Silicon Valley’s political and financial support during his campaign, seemingly rewarded Big Tech by offering Silicon Valley elites key positions in his administration’s transition team. Marlow notes that “Jeff Zients, a former Facebook board member, is Biden’s COVID czar. Erskine Bowles, a former Facebook board member, advised the transition. Jessica Hertz, formerly a government affairs executive at Facebook, served as the Biden transition team’s general counsel.”

These revelations have generated a significant amount of buzz in recent days, drawing reactions from key political players including elected officials — from Gov. Kristi Noem (R) to Sen. Joni Ernst (R-IA).

Sen. Ron Johnson Grills Anthony Fauci for His Evolving Claims on Coronavirus Origin

Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) grilled Dr. Anthony Fauci over his evolving view about the origins of the coronavirus pandemic and if the virus emerged from the Wuhan Institute of Virology, according to a letter obtained exclusively by Breitbart News.

Johnson sent the letter to Fauci, the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, on Thursday after Fauci appeared to change his view about the origins of the coronavirus.

Fauci said in May 2020 the coronavirus definitively came from natural origins, Johnson noted.

“If you look at the evolution of the virus in bats, and what’s out there now is very, very strongly leaning toward this [virus] could not have been artificially or deliberately manipulated,” Fauci said.

Now roughly one year later, Johnson said Fauci “appeared to be less confident that the virus originated in nature.”

Fauci said in May 2021:

No, I am not convinced about that. I think that we should continue to investigate what went on in China until we find out to the best of our ability exactly what happened. Certainly the people who investigated it say it likely was the emergence from an animal reservoir that then infected individuals but it could have been something else.

Johnson then noted Fauci raised even more ambiguity about the virus’s origin after he told a reporter it is “highly likely” the virus came from nature; however, he said, “No one is 100 percent sure.”

“The ambiguity of your recent statements about the virus’ origins raises questions regarding your assertion from a year ago when you confidently stated that the virus could not have been manipulated and that it occurred naturally,” Johnson said.

Johnson also said Fauci’s May 2020 statement raises concerns after he rejected a theory that suggested the virus originated from the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV).

Granholm’s Green Energy Millions

Biden energy secretary nets $1.6 million after offloading admin-backed electric bus company

Energy secretary Jennifer Granholm has finally sold hundreds of thousands of shares in a green energy company that has received the backing of the Biden administration.

On Wednesday, Granholm confirmed she earned a $1.6 million profit on her shares of Proterra amid a firestorm over her financial ties to an electric vehicle company repeatedly promoted by the Biden administration. In selling off her shares, Granholm was able to defer paying capital gains taxes on the $1.6 million sale because cabinet officials are not penalized with the tax on assets they are required to sell as a condition of joining the administration. The Biden administration is seeking to raise the capital gains tax on America's wealthiest families.

On May 11, Granholm filed an Office of Government Ethics divestiture certificate. She confirmed the sale Wednesday. The former Michigan governor reported selling more than 240,000 shares in the electric bus manufacturer to an unnamed buyer. She valued the stake at up to $5 million in a January financial disclosure.

The Department of Energy did not return to requests for comment.

While Proterra is slated to go public within the next few weeks, Granholm's sale of the shares of the yet-to-be publicly traded company likely occurred in an off-market private sale. The Washington Free Beacon reported that major Democratic donors are invested in the company taking Proterra public, including at least one member of the megadonor Pritzker family who stands to own up to 7 percent of the company when it finally becomes public.

The White House did not respond to requests for comment.

Granholm's divestment comes weeks after President Joe Biden toured Proterra, prompting ethics concerns from federal lawmakers. Sen. Ted Cruz (R., Texas) compared the Biden administration's ongoing promotion of the company to the Obama administration's pouring millions of taxpayer dollars into Solyndra, a failed solar panel company. Sen. John Barrasso (R., Wyo.) wrote to the Department of Energy's inspector general demanding a review of Granholm's stake in the company.

Rep. Ralph Norman (R., S.C.) wrote directly to Granholm requesting key documents about any Department of Energy promotion of Proterra. Rep. Jim Banks (R., Ind.) called for Granholm to offload her Proterra shares on May 5.

Granholm played a leading role in shaping the administration's infrastructure package. Biden tasked her specifically with "identifying risks in the supply chain for high-capacity batteries, including electric-vehicle batteries, and policy recommendations to address these risks." The legislation includes a $174 billion investment in the electric vehicle market and creates a Clean Buses for Kids program in order to "electrify" at least 20 percent of the nation's school buses. Proterra opened a battery manufacturing plant in California just weeks after Biden's election.

In addition to Biden's virtual tour of Proterra's South Carolina factory, the president in May hosted company CEO Jack Allen at the White House's Leaders Summit on Climate. National climate adviser Gina McCarthy praised Proterra for its "amazing" work at the summit and asked Allen "what role" the federal government can play in "spurring the demand for zero emission electric vehicles, including school buses."

Granholm and Allen spoke at the conference, with Allen thanking Biden for his "longstanding support of electric transit buses and zero emission transportation." While Granholm has denied any involvement of planning Proterra-related events, the White House has yet to say who was involved in planning them.
