Not to worry, you’re hardly alone with parents who can’t and/or do not want to (and for some good reasons at times) try ‘educating’ their own children directly. What’s important, is that government is usually the DEAD LAST people who should EVER be involved in the education of young minds.

It’s at least best if you have local choices and involvement in choosing who and what your children are exposed to. When government school boards get cagey, as [they] clearly have… ya know something is seriously WRONG.
