MAGA floods to DC for a speech and are arrested. Put in pre-trial detention. DC is fortified with razor wire and congress forms a commission to investigate while AOC had to shrink up.
Why? Dems use their stooge's rioting to argue that a "democratic" America, even those that don't vote, are in reality voting for Bidan (better expressed as a not-Trumper) by protesting.

End narrative will be that, stolen election or not, the peeps want Joey. That's the democratic way. Courts/pols where threatened with rioting in the streets and they caved.
Key is 11.3 of the Law of War manual. If peeps acquiesce to an occupying force, it is no longer an occupying force. Stolen election was an act of war and the civilian government is now under belligerent control, with branches of government operating under the belligerent's rules. Durham, Court decisions, audits, congressional actions, ICE/BP, etc., don't mean shit.
If occupying government is providing resident services, and the residents acquiesce, they are following the law of war.
