And Q has certainly seemed to push this angle at times…
And it works with many….
It's a war and you've get to deploy weapons astutely.
But ultimately the idea the idea that this is "all about the children" is HORRIBLY WRONG.
In the end, such an idea fails even children, who do not desire to simply be children, but desire to become men and women, and rightly so.
Childhood is a process of learning how to do this, and the duty of men and women is to guide them. And this requires that men and women have some understanding of their own nature and place in society that goes beyond simply being "protectors of children".
Valorization of abstractions…"save the planet, etc" that are separated from concrete reality is part of what enabled evil people to rise. And the glorification of "youth" as somehow inherently good… BETTER than "old"… has led to the infantilization of society.
