Seems the same throughout history-the ruthless (psychopathic?) few use extortion to get money & resources from others; then add bribery and blackmail as additional income and control tactics. Meanwhile, they control the education of the populace and flow of information. Then they establish a bank and lend money to the government, and establish a fiat currency system.
