Nick Mikula, who was special assistant to the under secretary of defense for intelligence in the Trump administration, has joined Invariant government relations/PR shop.
He will counsel clients on defense, intelligence and national security matters.
At the DOD, Mikula handled interagency coordination and support to the intelligence committee and managed more than $20 million in research and development innovation.
Earlier, Mikula was deputy communications director for the House Armed Services Committee, where he developed policy recommendations, messaging and press strategy for former chairman William “Mac” Thornberry (R-TX).
