San Jose Gunman Detained By Customs Years Prior Revealed Hatred for Workplace in Notes

Cassidy had been detained in 2016 by border officials, during which disturbing details were found

Samuel James Cassidy opened fire and killed nine people at the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority in San Jose, California on Wednesday. Turns out Cassidy had been detained in 2016 by border officials, during which disturbing details were found.

The Wall Street Journal reports on a Department of Homeland Security memo which shows Cassidy “professed a hatred of his workplace where the shooting occurred.” Additionally, Cassidy possessed “books about terrorism and fear and manifestos…as well as a black mem book filled with lots of notes about how he hates the VTA” the memo shows.

Cassidy was detailed in 2016 after a trip to the Philippines by the Customs and Border Protection Agency, the memo says. The Wall Street Journal viewed a copy of the memo which stated he responded “no” when asked if he had problems with anybody at work.

However, all of Cassidy’s victims did work for the transportation authority, and a law enforcement official told CNN the gunman did appear to target specific victims. Cassidy took three pistols to work. Eight were killed during the shooting which began at a union meeting at the VTA light-rail yard in downtown San Jose, and a ninth victim died overnight at an area hospital. Cassidy killed himself in an apparent suicide according to law enforcement.

Law enforcement officers arrived at the scene quickly and did not exchange gunfire with the suspect. Santa Clara County Sheriff Laurie Smith said, “I know for sure that when the suspect knew the law enforcement was there, he took his own life. Our deputies were right there at that time.”

CA Governor Newsom Ordered to Pay $1.35 Million Settlement to L.A. Church Over COVID-19 Lockdowns

U.S. District Court Judge Jesus G. Bernal has ordered California Governor Gavin Newsom to “cover the legal expenses of Liberty Counsel, a Christian legal organization that filed the lawsuit on behalf of Harvest Rock Church and Harvest International Ministry against the Democratic governor of California” reports The Blaze.

Governor Newsom “was ordered to pay a $1.35 million settlement to a Los Angeles-area church following a decision by a federal judge. The ruling in favor of a Pasadena church is a rebuke of Newsom’s draconian restrictions on in-person religious worship during the coronavirus pandemic” reports The Blaze.

In a news release, Liberty Counsel said, “Under the settlement, California may no longer impose discriminatory restrictions upon houses of worship…This is the first state-wide permanent injunction in the country against COVID restrictions on churches and places of worship. Under the agreed state-wide permanent injunction, all California churches may hold worship without discriminatory restrictions.”

Founder of Harvest Rock Church and Harvest International Ministry, Reverend Che Ahn, said in a statement, “after nearly a yearlong battle defending our religious freedoms, our lawsuit has reached a permanent settlement in our favor.” He added, “I am thrilled to see the complete reversal of the last discriminatory restrictions against churches in California.”

The settlement follows Supreme Court rulings against stringent pandemic lockdowns against religious freedoms. The Blaze reports, “In April, the Supreme Court ruled against Newsom’s strict regulations against religious services. In the 5-4 ruling, the Supreme Court proclaimed that California’s restrictions prohibiting three or more households from gathering indoors are likely unconstitutional because the same regulations do not apply to secular activities.”

Newsom’s office said, “Governor Newsom has always put the health and well-being of Californians first, resulting in the lowest positivity rates in the country and over 35 million shots in arms – more than any other state.”

Lin Wood: I look forward to the day when Big Pharma is taken down. I pray that day is drawing near.

For money, Big Pharma has deceived us and hidden many natural treatments from us that could have saved the lives of many.

The American Medical Association was formed by John D. Rockefeller after he discovered pharmaceuticals could be manufactured with oil.

Rockefeller then propagandized against the naturalist healthcare providers by labeling them as quacks.

Rockefeller was not a doctor. Rockefeller did not care about the People. Rockefeller was evil.

Bill Gates is not a doctor. Gates does not care about the People. Gates is evil.

Do the research.

Connect the dots.
