you need the last bread in your cache for that to work any faster than a telegraph. if you're catching up, load the breads in order, you can even close them afterwards and the hover popups work better.

question is, does GV have access only within the board software or does GV have root password or root access (sudo) on the server?
the point is not that there was/is no tripcode
the point is that the board was locked
it would take GV powers (or BV/BO powers of that specific board) to unlock the board, then anyone including from TOR could post, then GV powers again to lock the board again.
