SCOTUS decision in favor of the Jordanian corporation, Arab Bank, was correct. It's chaos to have a foreigner suing a foreign corporation in a different country, using US courts. Alien Torts Act allowing such suits at all by foreigners needs to be used in a very restricted way.

That's why the conservatives supported this opinion and it's the liberals voting the other way.

If Israelis are hurt by terrorism supported by a Jordanian corporation, Israel, being far more technologically advanced, has other means to put it right. But we don't want a bunch of Muslims tying up Israeli corporations in US courts with liberal judges.

Correct. For example, Dr. Steve Pieczenik was ambiguous right up until Trump won the election, then he started saying "I told you so." Basically, no he didn't, not even in the last few days before the election.
