As an NCO, my main training objective was to get all of my soldiers to become a team (WWG1WGA), from a bunch of misfits.
I did not give them all the info, but I gave them what they needed to get the mission done. But also, I trained them to make decisions on their own. So just in case I was taken out of action, the mission would still get done. I told them to fuck the chicken, it was up to them on how they fucked the chicken. So Q has asked the same of us.
