I think this will piss Big Pharma off.
Helps independent drug companies get generics approved. Also imposes transparency in the huge chain of drug pricing.
I guess 3rd parties will also potentially suffer or be revealed (currently hidden).
Increases regulation (so against free market) but could be argued that the market has become corrupt so it needs it(?).
Overall aims to level the playing field for generics.
Should lower drug prices, at expense of big Pharma.
I guess the Dems will lose their kickbacks.
