I haven't finished reading all of this yet. It is long and filled with detail. Interesting to me is the mention of Emergent Biosolutions, a company with a dodgy history of its own, imo.
I have done my own digging on the US NIH and I have concluded based on that research that the NIH itself, was "brought to life", so to speak by at least one person (Mary Lasker) with strong ties to the eugenics movement in the US.
