Interesting a friend told me today a lady in Shasta said the drug cartels specifically set up shop in small towns and they are over Mount Shasta they do because the pieces of people are so boring there. He also said they own a lot of businesses in town. So the drug companies are running the cartel model of going to poor depressed areas and no one seemingly cares.
