imho, China ALREADY owns Africa! They bought the leaders in the 90's and early 2000's.
I live there and if china wants to do anything, it just contacts it' :friendly" leaders and it's done! There are also reports of Chinese in the police forces around African countries. TOO LATE USA! Africa is all but lost!
