No civilian government structures are constitutionally based at this point. They have been taken over by belligerent agents in a cyber/bio warfare attack.
If you look at Vichy France, 1940-44, there was a government in place and it ran day-to-day functions of the government. Nazis had taken it over, and collaborators went along to get along. Fairness, or the method by which the Nazis had assumed control, had nothing to do with it. What French court system would have "re-instated" the last fairly elected French Government because it was the correct thing to do, legally?
The "no-plan"/"no tribunals " messages from Flynn, Powell and Ellis, here, are telling the people that it's up to them at this point to protest/strike, etc., to force the overthrow of the usurped government put in place in DC.
No civilian structures in place in the US are on the people's side at this point. It has to go like Poland in the late 80's. Solidarity, strikes and protests. The BLM, LGBT, dem/pub, etc., bullshit is only to ward off solidarity so the necessary protests/strikes don't take place.
The purpose of the MSM is to fuel division and bullshit the public into believing the general population is happy with the current situation in DC so that the incentive to rise up is kept depressed.
