Not true at all Jenna. When Elections get de-certified because of fraud in the EC (Election Certification) process an unconstitutional/illegal election is then what is giving popular consent to a leader. It is unconstitutional and can be challenged in State/Federal Courts. Also, there is a Constitutional question about 'certification' of the true winner. This is headed straight for the halls of Congress and SCOTUS folks. Jenna can't be more wrong.

If enough States de-certify Biden's Electoral Win due to voter fraud, the States can indeed seek a remedy and that is that the election for President, upon vitiation of the Election for cause (fraud), is by Constitutional requirement thrown into the House of Representatives upon Electoral nullification by fraud. (fraud nullifies (vitiates) the results of the Electoral College and that (Electoral College) being vacated passes the task of electing the President /VP to the House). The vote then falls to the House 'State Conferences' and Trump owns that like 26 States to Dem 24 States. Everything is in place…
Each House Member of each State get one vote and out of the 50 State Conferences the GOP has solid majorities in 27 (Dem 23) and overwhelming in 26(Dem 24).
This is absolutely getting thrown into the House based on fraud nullifying the certification.
