horseshit. brush your teeth with a VERY stiff bristle brush, the stiffest you can find, using dry baking soda, then rinse with whiskey and swallow. if the stiff brush causes your gums to bleed, it's PROOF that you've been babying them for far too long. do NOT be alarmed by blood. it is a powerful and broad spectrum anti-bacterial. if you do this regularly, eventually your gums will NOT bleed when you brush. then you will know your gums are TRULY healthy. btw, gum disease is the first step in coronary artery disease, heart attacks, and stroke.
i am 70 yrs old and all my teeth are my own with zero cavities. also, AVOID FLUORIDE like the poison that it is. it has ZERO effect at preventing cavities. its only effect on teeth is to TURN THEM YELLOW (so they can sell you tooth whiteners). avoid THOSE as well.
