Author argues that in order to deal mortal damage to "the sith lord empire" (as he calls the Cabal Cartel), rather that buy physical from demand-side retail, invest in instruments that remove 1,000 oz bars from the supply side, such as PSLV, OneGold, and Kinesis. I fully agree with the "you don't hold it you don't own it" logic, but his case for attacking the supply chain higher up seems salient.
