I've always thought this blurred "outline" version to be misleading -
Far right, I reckon the figure is not holding an arm at all, but there's actually a lady there (her head is the
dark shape above the mis-drawn horizontal arm, the (olive?) flesh colour is her either being naked or in
a skimpy top. There's another lady not outlined where the vertical gap is - on original snap you can make
out thin shoulder straps with her back to camera.
Some anons reckoned the group were all naked but I think it's easy to see white lab coats versus exposed skin.
Bit of a case of draw-what-you-want-to-see, not to say there aren't untoward things going on here though.
