Faith isn't proof. It's a personal choice. You don't have to believe in what I have faith in, but I don't need you to believe Jesus was real because that isn't a debatable point. Arguing about it is a circular argument; it's dysfunctional really. You or I can't prove or disprove to the other, which means I choose to believe, you choose to not. It changes nothing at all about His being the Savior of humanity and His message though either way. I used to get hung up on the historicity of Jesus. Then I looked into mankind's history more. We need Jesus, forever. I believe His was the final sacrifice, because God is Love. The End. That's all it takes. Understanding comes when you seek it. This is the song that never ends. We need Jesus now and we always have and always will. Because the cake is a lie.
