Don't be too upset with what Biden is saying. The man is in full panic mode. He's very upset. He knows that he's about to go to prison for election fraud and high treason. You'd be upset too, if you were in his situation.
Not only are they pushing race mixing, but they want everyone to know that they are doing it FOR SURE by outright telling them that they are doing it. They are narrating their own subversion in case someone actually missed said subversion.
