It's the Manhattan DA's office that's pursuing him. Not federal. Vance got Trump's taxes then announced
his retirement. That's not the sign of someone actually chasing after the feather in his cap, that's
someone either setting his successor up, or realizing he just got beat.
As one voice in 435, she really does lack that authority.
Except it's all but impossible for him to be arrested for anything at a federal level as a President.
Who said anything about "big enough." Shocking could also mean someone we know, but wouldn't
expect.
