I think anons are perfectly capable of running the kitchen, they just need to step up and give a try. It doesn't need to be an exclusive club only for 'professionals'. Anons learn and help eachother out. Those guys like to make it so much more complicated than it needs to be.
I used to think that the other boards could actually just work separately and compliment eachother as plenty of workspaces have separated compartments working towards the same goal, but they just strictly want to be anti-/qresarch/, and that's it, so fuck em.
Jim should be involved with the technical shit as admin, like CM was or he just needs to hire someone with the technical knowledge.

We deal with a lot of bullshit due to the site/admin controls horribly optimized. I won't go in to too many details so at to not give faggot shills any ideas, but one example: we pitched the idea of have a checkbox system to delete spam posts. It would have been 100x easier to check off all the posts from that spam bot that hopped IP rapidly from before and clicked delete once to wipe it. Request was denied, and we were in the dark about what solutions he had, and that was 1 of very very many bug fixes and features that got shot down.

It's this that is holding us back.
But this was never an issue with CM. I would report a bug and he would fix it, easy peasy. Now were not even worth their time.
Of course we're gonna be pissed with them. We were never in this for the money and this asshole comes in and fucks it all up.
I don't think this place is done for or anything quite yet. The wagon may be busted up but it's still moving along, but without updates to the website it's obviously not gonna get any better any time soon.
On the other hand, anons are still fueling the tank digging and meming.
We're a pretty tough beast to tackle despite all the shit this board has been through. I'm always proud of everyone for persevering despite everything. I know for sure that all of us retards are gonna make it in the end.
