I don't think it's safe to call these military redactions. Anyone with the proper classification authority (read any Biden flunky granted proper clearance) could do these redactions and most likely did based in the appearance of political motivations, which are STRICTLY forbidden in the redaction process, it's only to protect grave state secrets, not to avoid DS embarrassment, that's against the law.
