UK CARRIER STRIKE GROUP - INTERNET OPERATION?

Here's my speculation.

There appears to be a connection between the 2021 Carrier Strike Group and the layout of the SEA-ME-WE 3 fibre optic cable.

I'm not 100% sure that there is any connection between the two, I only noticed a big similarity between both layouts.

Is this perhaps what Q was referring to with NCSWIC?

NCSWIC

National Council for State-Wide Interopability Coordinators

I'm thinking maybe Q referred to NCSWIC as a metaphor of what is happening on a global scale - Similar to what NCSWIC is in the US. Perhaps this operation is to build (Or secure) a Comms pipeline between the three regions in the event of a global emergency?

Again, I'm purely speculating here.

I didn't know about the FB thing and had a look just now, cheers.

This recent article appeared in the search results which has some interesting bits in too. Like how the UK is building a ship to 'protect the internet' and how apparently the internet has become vital during the pandemic. Might be worth a read.
