Gringoanon was working in the same area as where, holy fuck!
He was just trying to do a search on a certain leader of a drug trafficking gang from Rocinha (Little Rock) who was apprehended in the noble neighbourhood of Lagoa, in Rio de Janeiro, just to do the right thing and post sauce. Gringoanaon just happened to be working in that area at the same time the shit hit the fan for him and shit was going live on national television whilst Gingoanon was working..
Ninho (baby), for that was his nome de guerra, was apprehended under very strange circumstances. Globo’s, the Brazilian channel more akin to CNN in Brazil, helicopters were above the scene of the apprehension and the media coverage was intense.
Gringoanon tried searching and hasn’t found one reference to this event!
What was weird, was initial reports claimed he was found by the police (I forget now whether is was Military or Civil, or even both, in the boot (trunk, for belligerent Amercianaons who all really know what we real English speakers mean when we say car boot or the boot of the car, of a Turkish Diplomatic car!
