Charges: Minnesota man, 18, sexually assaulted 6-year-old in park porta-potty

BROOKLYN PARK, Minn. – A Brooklyn Park man was charged with sexually assaulting a young child at a park, the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office announced Tuesday.

Jonah Canny, 18, was charged with a single count of second-degree criminal sexual conduct. He is expected to make his first court appearance Wednesday. Prosecutors are seeking bail of $250,000.

According to the criminal complaint, a family went to Willowstone Park in Brooklyn Park at about 6 p.m. May 26. About three hours later, the family was ready to leave when they noticed a 6-year-old family member was missing. The child’s uncle saw him come out of a portable toilet with a teenager following close behind.

The uncle confronted the teenager who said the child was stuck in the port-a-potty and he had gone in to get the child out. When the family got home, the child said someone removed the 6-year-old’s clothes and touched the child’s genitals and buttocks, the complaint states. When the child’s mother called police, the uncle gave a detailed description of the man he confronted and picked Canny out of a photo line-up which included Canny’s driver’s license photo.

Did Fauci Spend US Tax Dollars On China's Bio-Weapons?

American taxpayers apparently financially supported a Chinese "biological weapons program against the U.S.," according to Far East relations specialist Gordon Chang on Newsmax, who argued U.S. government cooperation in the global coronavirus pandemic will not be brought forward by the Biden administration.

"The intelligence community, our intelligence community, should just declassify that now," Chang told Monday's "John Bachman Now." "We don't need to wait 90 days to get a highly politicized report from people who have gotten it wrong on China consistently over decades."

President Joe Biden put the onus of a 90-day report on the COVID-19 origins on U.S. intelligence officials after closing the State Department's probe last week, Chang said, noting a severe, if not dangerous, battle of interest for the U.S. government.

Dr. Anthony Fauci's National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases helped finance a grant for bat coronavirus at the Wuhan Institute of Virology through a $600,000 subgrant to the EcoHealth Alliance, according to reports, and data from written research papers show "they were using gain of function techniques," Chang told host John Bachman. "Now gain of function techniques is basically a biological weapons program," Chang added.

"So, you boil this all down: U.S.

taxpayers from fiscal 2014 started funding China's biological weapons program against the U.S."

The evidence is quick and circumstantial, but the evidence will not be readily obtainable from China or the United States, regardless, according to Chang.

Chang noted "China sent its top biological weapons expert" to the Wuhan lab last January, he believes, "to clean up evidence of a lab leak as well as to destroy evidence of a biological weapons program."

"I can't prove that, but why would you send a military officer to a nominally civilian facility?" Chang asked. "Well, the answer is because they were doing military research there and elsewhere.

"I think China did a very good job in cleaning up, but there is a lot of evidence that has been left behind."

Chang added a condemnation of President Biden's recent references to statements originally associated with former Chinese President Mao Zedong, including his telling the U.S. Coast Guard commencement "women hold up half the world."

"First of all, Biden got the quote wrong, because it's 'women hold up half the sky,'" Chang told Bachman. "But obviously, he does like to quote Mao, which is really strange, because there's so many other people in the world that the leader of the free world should be quoting, rather than a mass-murdering tyrant like Mao Zedong. So, this is just wrong.

"I think what he's doing, in effect – and I don't know if this is his intention – but what he's doing is he's legitimizing Mao Zedong, and that's the last thing an American leader should be doing."

Biden and the 1 Percent

In a speech last week introducing his proposed $6 trillion 2022 budget, President Biden claimed that the benefits of the Republican Party’s Tax Cuts and Jobs Act “went to the wealthiest 1% of America.” It’s not the first time he’s made this claim. In his first speech to a joint session of Congress, Biden described the TCJA as a “huge windfall” for “those at the very top.” To right that wrong, he proposes getting rid of loopholes and raising the top tax rate from its current 37% to 39.6%. Why? So that “the wealthiest 1% of Americans” will “pay their fair share,” a phrase that the president and his fellow Democrats repeat with abandon.

But there’s a big problem with Biden’s claims: They are simply untrue. It’s time Republicans started more aggressively pointing that out.

Let’s start with that supposedly “huge windfall” that went to the “wealthiest 1%” of America. While the TCJA reduced effective income tax rates for all income groups in 2018, the top 1% experienced no windfall. Rather, according to the most recent IRS income tax data, the top 1% of taxpayers paid $616 billion in 2018, roughly the same amount they paid in 2017. But the bottom 99% paid $65 billion less. Some “windfall.” If the TCJA was a tax cut for the rich, it was the weirdest one in the history of tax cuts for the rich.

But did those evil 1-percenters pay their fair share? Turns out they did – and certainly a larger share than when tax rates were last at Biden’s proposed 39.6%.

In 2018, while the top 1%’s share of adjusted gross income declined slightly to 20.9% (from 21.0% in 2017), its share of the income tax burden increased to 40.1% from 38.5%. “Fair” is in the eye of the beholder, but consider: The top 1%’s share of taxes paid nearly doubles its share of income. For more “fair share” perspective, consider that in 2018, the top 1% paid more in income taxes than the bottom 90% of taxpayers – combined.

Biden also might be surprised to learn that the top 1% actually paid a higher percentage of income taxes in 2018 under the TCJA than in any year since at least 2001 – when it paid 33.2%. That includes each of the five years from 2013 to 2017 following the Obama tax hikes, when the top rate last stood at 39.6% – the rate Biden is currently proposing.

You read that right. The highest earners paid a greater share of income taxes after the Republicans’ 2017 tax cuts than they paid after the Democrats’ 2013 tax increase. But how can that be if the top tax rate in 2018 was only 37%?

Well, the TCJA increased taxable income for wealthier Americans by reducing the itemized deductions they could claim. High earners generally benefit more from itemizing deductions. Lower earners generally benefit more from the standard deduction. The TCJA increased the standard deduction and limited itemized deductions.

According to IRS data, following the TCJA, the amount taxpayers claimed for itemized deductions dropped by 55%, from about $1.46 trillion in 2017 to about $650 billion in 2018. That’s over $800 billion that was taxed in 2018 but not in 2017.

The TCJA’s capping the deduction for state and local taxes (SALT) at $10,000 was responsible for $480 billion of that decrease – a whopping 59%. But Biden supports restoring the SALT deduction even though that deduction benefits mostly the upper-income taxpayers he so desperately wants to tax. Why would he want to do that?

Tucker Carlson ROASTS Serial Liar Dr. Fauci — Evidence Implicates Fauci in Dangerous Gain of Function Research – Should be Under Criminal Investigation

Tucker Carlson UNLOADED on serial liar Dr. Anthony Fauci which shows his implication in the gain-of-function research that may have led to covid-19. Tucker Carlson reported on Dr. Fauci’s work with Ralph Baraic, PhD from the University of North Carolina.

Tucker Carlson: Dr. Fauci is just another lying bureaucrat… From the beginning, Tony Fauci was worried that the public might conclude covid had originated at the Wuhan Institute of Virology.”

We must point out that this is exactly what The Gateway Pundit reported first back on April 9, 2020.

Tucker asked his audience if Dr. Fauci was under criminal investigation and followed that up with this, “We can only hope they are. They certainly deserve it.”

This was an amazing segment by Tucker Carlson:

U.S. Sold 2M Barrels Of Seized Iranian Crude Oil Immediately After Taking It In February

In February 2021, the US seized the MT Achilleas, a Liberia-flagged ship, operated by a Greek company, loaded to the brim with Iranian crude oil.

By March it had already sold the oil.

The Achilleas’ Greek owner, Capital Ship Management Corp., alerted U.S. authorities to the possibility it had unknowingly taken on Iranian crude, after initially believing it came from Iraq. The vessel was fully loaded and can carry more than 2 million barrels, according to shipping documents.

The U.S. government brought the Achilleas to Houston, Texas, where it sold the just over 2 million barrels of crude oil within it for $110 million, or at around $55 a barrel, court documents show. The money will be held in escrow amid a court case over it.

The Iranian crude oil showed up in new figures released by the U.S. Energy Information Agency, raising the eyebrows of commodities traders as Tehran remains targeted by a series of American sanctions. The EIA figures included just over 1 million barrels of Iranian “crude oil imports” in March.

The United States last recorded Iranian crude and petroleum imports of 3,000 barrels per day for October 2020, EIA data showed, also oil Washington had seized under its sanctions programme.

Refinitiv Eikon shipping data showed that the Achilleas discharged its cargo at the U.S. Gulf port of Galveston in March.

The seizure was in line with tough economic sanctions imposed by Washington on Tehran over its nuclear programme and the U.S. designation of a number of Iranian groups and institutions as terrorist organizations. Iran rejects U.S. accusations of wrongdoing.

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said he had “no details” about it.

“Since the time of the former U.S. president, Mr. Bill Clinton, no oil has been purchased from Iran because of their laws,” Khatibzadeh said.

At the height of trade with Iran, in July 1977, the U.S. imported some 26.5 million barrels of crude oil from Iran, then under the rule of the American-allied Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi. The aftermath of the 1979 Islamic Revolution in Iran saw those sales plummet to zero in the months that followed.

The United States simply took the Iranian crude oil, then immediately sold it off and now is having a court case to decide where to use the profits from it. Nothing to see here.
