The best theory I've seen that brings all this together is that the virus isn't what is doing the damage, it's the vaccine. They needed to hype the virus in order to justify the vaccine - that is the real bioweapon.

It seems that their play is to blame the incoming vaccine deaths on the virus… when people start keeling over, they will say it is a new strain or some BS. What blows up that approach is that everyone is going around and bragging about who got vaccinated. If these are the people getting sick, the general community is going to connect the dots and figure out that the vaccinated are getting sick more often than the unvaccinated.
I think their easily forged vaccine card is their out. They can just say that most of those people getting sick were the ones that forged their vaccination… this would go along well with what you mentioned about some of the vaccine shots being blanks. If all of them got sick, then it would be too easy to figure out.
If it plays out like this, what is the strategy? Even though people love bragging about getting the shot, HIPAA laws are pretty tough to get around… so you can't really prove anything on a large scale.
