Covid was less dangerous than a typical flu. The damage suffered by the USA was self-inflicted. And the vaccine being pushed by the USA is the real bioweapon. China won't pay a dime.
Also, the USA and other countries funded the work at the Wuhan Institute that created Covid, too.
