Anon spitball: the DS/BH plan to was to:
a) start WWIII by having China blame US for Wuhan bioweapon deployment; with
b) backup control plan / mass depopulation via global pandemic lockdowns ad infinitum + vaxx; with
c) CYA contingency plan of WWIII (or at least deflecting blame) via US blaming China for virus release.
