This is incorrect, But it is indeed cabal controlled. France, US, Italy China and India are all involved, more or less that order.
That said, there is no reason to trust anyone's vehicle right now, except for maybe Nissan.
Silver, Gold and Platinum are all down today. Gold and Silver would make sense if they were just taking profit, but Platinum has been more or less steady for a year. I'm guessing people are moving a lot of money.
