I think many or most appointed to his administration were three reasons: 1st batch were people he gave a last chance to do right (many of them didn’t make it), 2nd-he and the military knew about the truly evil in government and elsewhere, they were just hired without a chance to make amends, the public had to see the real evil they’ve done to America and and world, he couldn’t just arbitrarily execute people, the 3rd tranche were patriots, because he had to have spies in every arena to know the plans.
No, I’m convinced he’s brilliant and as the story goes planned his presidency for 50 years, so can you imagine the amount of focus, intent and research one would have to do to become the most successful and effective president?
