This heart logo in the RB pics has always stood out to me, I haven't found it in any other SV images. Also don't recognise it as any brand/advert that I know.

However I did find what I think are the fixings for it, note window frames. Guess that fixings are multi purpose, i.e. Christmas lights, bunting etc etc.
