I'm noticing a lot of confusion and misunderstanding.
Centuries ago a certain couple (ahem) chose to believe Satan over God with dire consequences. It couldn't be undone. All of humanity from that day became corrupted.
We cannot redeem ourselves because we're corrupt.
The good news…
The entire Bible is the story of God's plan to fix this problem.
A redeemer was sent and completed the mission 2K years ago. But now you the individual have to choose it.
