I can't be certain it was Utah, but I seem to recall listening to a Trupundit.com @Thomas1774Paine podcast some months ago where he was interviewing a woman whistleblower from some state (maybe Utah) agency who was saying that Hospitals were getting 30K+ for COVID deaths from the feds.
