No the bible is not clear. Jesus said all these things are done in parable so some although always seeing never perceive, and always hearing never understand, otherwise they might turn and be forgiven.
Just because you read it doesn't mean you understand it. You have to SEEK Him, the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE.
