I have told bakers over and over again the same thing.
No one remembers, because there is no kitchen - no group of bakers to communicate with the next baker.
If anyone were to try to start such a kitchen, shills and those in charge of the OPS against this board would insist on "anon" (single) bakers.
You would also have to find a way to comm with the anon who runs wearethene.ws - his thread is in /comms/ btw.

we only e-bake when there is no other course.

some of the variants are awful.
why is this done?
just so baker can have fun?
or so it wipes out the traditions - just as changing the dough willy-nilly does
