Similar here. Weird flu late Dec 19 into early Jan 2020. Fever and sweating but I felt cold and needed to be under a blanket. Cough and chest pain but NO upper respiratory stuffiness. I thought it was strange 3 days feeling crappy, 3 days feeling so/so. Never went to doctor.
