With that, I'd tend to agree with exercise. Just has been a LOT of spoopy air traffic lately though.
When you read this stuff, always remember that "machinery" as defined on a nano scale is very different to machinery such as a car etc. Another thing to remember is that Power=Current multiplied by Voltage and als that Wavelength= the speed of light divided by the frequency that you hope to transmit or receive.
You can transmit over a fractional length antenna but your power is reduced by an exponential amount proportional to the antenna length reduction.
You need significant power and a good antenna to be able to receive or transmit to an observing satellite. Nano won't cut it! Quantum entanglement will work though but new systems will still need to be developed!
